Therapists earn performance-based incentive compensation every payroll and
may qualify to participate in company-matched 401(k) savings. Our therapists
also participate in shaping clinical policy and quality oversight through
a clinical committee of the company’s Board of Advisors.
The skilled nursing facilities we service provide a setting where our therapists
develop satisfying relationships with their patients as we work with them
over time to improve their strength and regain their independence. We develop
strong and supportive relationships with facility staff as we work together
on behalf of our patients.

Compensation
Deseret Therapy pays hourly wages that are constantly reviewed
through Deseret Therapy’s proprietary wage management system. This ensures
that our therapists are always higher than the prevailing wages in the locations
we operate. In addition, Deseret Therapy pays performance-based incentive compensation.
Due to our wage management system, our therapists are the best performing
and most highly-compensated professionals in their respective markets.
